Weapon Trainer

Are you experienced in military training and passionate about developing others? Join our team as a Weapon Trainer, where you'll play a key role in delivering professional weapons training and shaping the next generation of competent operators.

Key Information

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Work Location: Upper Jurong Road
• Salary: $3,400 - $4,200

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical training on weapon handling, safety, and operations.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and classrooms before each training session.
• Lead and supervise hands-on weapon training exercises with the support of auxiliary trainers.
• Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Reinforce key learning points at the end of each lesson to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Ensure all training is conducted in accordance with safety regulations and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in supervisory, training, or operational roles.
• Candidates with military training experience (e.g. Supervising Officer, Conducting Officer, or similar appointments) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in conducting live-firing exercises and range activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage trainees effectively.
