We are seeking a dynamic Project Executive to oversee manpower operations across multiple sports facilities and support the delivery of quality services across various sites.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage day-to-day contract operations and client relationships
✅ Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, and manpower deployment
✅ Attend to operational enquiries and stakeholder requests promptly
✅ Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
✅ Monitor service KPIs, operational performance, and quality standards
✅ Drive operational improvements and service excellence initiatives
✅ Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates
✅ Be on standby and responsive to operational needs when required

Requirements

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, manpower management, or service delivery
✔️ Experience managing multi-site operations and large workforces preferred
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce scheduling systems
✔️ Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
✔️ Flexible and willing to support operational requirements outside of regular hours when necessary

📍 Based in Bedok (site visits to multiple locations required)
