Job Description:-

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and manpower deployment across assigned centres
• Supervise on‑site teams to ensure service quality, safety, and SOP compliance
• Act as the main liaison between centres, operations teams, and stakeholders
• Manage feedback, incidents, and operational reporting
• Support staff onboarding, training, and operational initiatives

Job Requirements

• Strong operational planning and people‑management skills
• Comfortable managing multi‑site teams and stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented, service‑driven, and adaptable to dynamic schedules
• Willing to travel and work weekends/PHs when required
