Job Responsibilities

To check that the daily night audit report agrees with the day postings and settlements.
To verify that all allowances and paid out vouchers are properly authorized.
To prepare and distribute the daily F&B highlights and Revenue journal for the hotel’s departmental manager’s morning briefing.
To audit the banquet functions and ensure the charges are as per banquet event orders.
To audit all outlet reports and tally them with Opera for accuracy. Check that genuine discounts are given.
To audit the credit card transactions for accuracy. Ensure the POS details summary reports agree with PMS.
To check the authenticity of all FO paid outs/rebates and outlet rebates and verify for accuracy.
To perform any other task as and when assigned.
