$4,000 – $5,500 per month (Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications)

8:30am – 5:30pm

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. You will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, procurement, and subcontractor management to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs for tender submissions.

• Prepare and price Bills of Quantities (BQ).

• Evaluate subcontractors' claims and prepare payment certificates.

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services.

• Source, evaluate, and coordinate new subcontractors and suppliers.

• Prepare variation orders, progress claims, and contract-related documentation.

• Assist in contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Liaise with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management or your immediate superior.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Singapore's construction industry.

• Candidates with 8 years or more of relevant experience are encouraged to apply for Senior or Managerial positions.

• Familiar with tendering, contract administration, variation claims, and progress claims.

• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
