A well-established law firm in Singapore is looking to hire a Paralegal to join its growing team.

This is a good opportunity for someone with experience in litigation support who is looking to take on greater responsibility in managing a portfolio of cases and working closely with lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide support across a portfolio of legal cases.
• Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of legal documents.
• Support lawyers with case preparation and ongoing litigation matters.
• Communicate with clients and assist with client-related matters.
• Assist with document preparation, filing and general case administration.
• Work closely with lawyers on larger and more complex matters.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or relevant qualification in Law or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role would be advantageous.
• Experience in litigation or personal injury matters is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently while also supporting a team.
• Candidates with relevant transferable experience are also encouraged to apply.
