YOUR ROLE

As a Bartender, you’ll work closely with our Head Bartender and management team to deliver an excellent bar and Front of House experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

🍸 Preparing and serving quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverag

🍹 Using your cocktail knowledge to recommend drinks and help guests discover new favourites

😊 Providing warm, attentive and professional customer service

🧾 Taking orders and handling POS, cashless payments and delivery-platform devices

💰 Balancing and closing daily sales and cash transactions

📦 Maintaining accurate inventory of alcohol, mixers and other bar supplies

🧼 Keeping the bar and café clean, neat and organised throughout service

⚙️ Following operating procedures to keep equipment and services running smoothly

🤝 Working closely with the team to achieve service standards and business targets

🌙 Supporting the evening shift and completing closing duties at the end of service

The Bartender plays an important role in our evening operations, typically from 4pm–10pm, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Has at least 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a restaurant or F&B environment
• Has good knowledge of cocktails and alcoholic beverages
• Takes pride in delivering quality drinks and excellent guest experiences
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is a great team player with a positive attitude
• Is able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable handling POS systems, payments and inventory
• Takes ownership of keeping the workplace clean and organised
• Is reliable, motivated and driven to continuously improve

Knowledge of coffee and coffee-making is a plus! ☕️
