Boutique Manager - Luxury Retail/S$10,000

A globally recognised luxury fashion maison is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its boutique operations and deliver exceptional commercial performance. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating ahigh performing team, and delivering an elevated client experience while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall boutique operations to achieve sales targets, profitability, and business objectives.
• Drive retail performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategic action plans to maximise results.
• Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team to build a high performance and customer-centric culture.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service, clienteling, and VIP engagement initiatives.
• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, cash handling, and administrative processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, succession planning, and training to develop future retail leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and audit requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of retail experience within the luxury industry, including at least 3 years in a boutique leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving retail KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities.
• Excellent client relationship management and luxury service experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and retail management systems.
• Passionate about luxury retail with the ability to inspire and lead high performing teams.
