Financial Reporting Analyst (Central / Education) [EL]

• Administer student recruitment commission calculations and payment schedules for local recruitment teams and overseas representatives.
• Prepare monthly and annual FPSG reporting, including annual reconciliations.
• Execute month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare revenue accruals, journal entries, and post transactions in Microsoft Navision.
• Produce revenue and operating expense variance analysis to support management decision-making.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting schedules, audit support schedules, and Board reporting materials.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process by preparing templates, consolidating Group submissions, and uploading approved budgets into Navision.
• Support compliance with EduTrust requirements, external audits, tax filings, annual returns, and XBRL submissions.
• Assist with finance projects and perform other ad hoc assignments as required.
