Management Reporting Analyst (Central / Education) [EL]

Commission Administration

• Prepare and process student recruitment commission payments for Local Student Recruitment staff and in-country representatives.

Reporting & Financial Analysis

• Prepare monthly and annual FPSG reports and perform annual reconciliations.
• Support timely month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Prepare month-end revenue schedules, journal entries, and post journals in Microsoft Navision.
• Analyze revenue and expense variances and prepare management reporting packages.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules and financial reports for Star Education.
• Compile financial information and analysis for board presentations.

Budgeting & Planning

• Prepare annual budget templates for local entities and the Group.
• Consolidate Group budgets and validate budget submissions.
• Upload finalized budgets into Navision and support management reporting requirements.

Compliance & Statutory Reporting

• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with EduTrust (CPE) requirements.
• Support external audit requests and coordinate audit-related documentation.
• Prepare audit financial reports, annual returns, XBRL filings, and corporate tax returns for the Group.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc finance and reporting duties as assigned.
