Role: Sales Manager – Maritime Solutions

Location: Singapore

Type: Full-Time

Our clients are a leading maritime solutions provider delivering high-performance technical and infrastructure solutions globally. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy and drive market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and market-share targets.
• Account Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key industrial clients, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Technical Selling: Present customized engineering solutions and oversee end-to-end proposal and tendering processes.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and align the sales team with project and engineering operations.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead complex commercial negotiations through to deal closure.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field.
• Experience: 3+ years in B2B engineering or technical sales, including 2+ years in a sales management role.
• Skills: Strong commercial negotiation skills, pipeline management, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
