Technical Recruiter (6 Months Contract)

Job Responsibilities (Maternity Cover)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the APAC region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
• Source and attract technical talent through various channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessment of qualifications and suitability.
• Support sourcing activities for Europe-based hiring requirements when needed.
• Provide ad hoc recruitment and sourcing support for the Philippines market.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting for technology-related roles across multiple functions.
• Good sourcing and headhunting skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
