Job Scope:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, functional and mobility status.

• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, mobility and movement efficiency.

• Educate clients and caregivers on appropriate exercises, fall prevention and safe mobility techniques.

• Monitor and document clients' progress, treatment outcomes and clinical interventions accurately.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic and client-centred care.

• Participate in client case conferences, community outreach and health promotion activities.

• Supervise therapy assistants and support clinical student placements where required.

• Participate in internal training and continuous professional development programmes.

• Provide physiotherapy services across various care settings, including Home Rehabilitation, Community Rehabilitation, Community Hospitals and Nursing Homes, where required.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.

• Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.

• Candidates with relevant physiotherapy experience in rehabilitation, community care or healthcare settings will be advantageous.
