Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for cross-border strategic consulting, business planning and local operational advisory services for China-Singapore enterprises, covering overseas enterprises stationed in Singapore and Chinese enterprises expanding overseas. Deliver professional market entry strategy, localisation planning and operational compliance solutions.
2、Undertake the company’s five core service lines: cross-border listed company governance & compliance consulting, Sino-Singapore cross-border business matching, Singapore government & institutional liaison, overseas corporate manpower & administrative outsourcing, cross-border investment & mega project coordination. Independently complete proposal drafting, client communication and project full-cycle delivery.
3、Establish and maintain stable connections with Singapore government authorities, industry associations and local professional service providers, support policy consultation, compliance landing, resource matching and public relationship management for corporate clients.
4、Identify client demands, conduct business negotiation and maintain long-term client relationships with multinational enterprises and Chinese outbound companies, including benchmark clients.
5、Conduct industry research, cross-border policy analysis, competitor benchmarking and project feasibility evaluation; build standardized consulting methodologies, case libraries and service SOPs to continuously upgrade the company’s cross-border service system.
6、Coordinate cross-border investment projects, infrastructure cooperation projects and corporate outsourcing projects, including risk assessment, resource integration and end-to-end project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, Public Management, Economics or related disciplines; working experience in Singapore is preferred.
- English and Mandarin speaking
