We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal or Legal Operations Executive to support the Disputes and Insurance sub-functions within our Global Legal team. The role combines disputes and insurance support with light executive assistance, reporting to the Director, Dispute Resolution. Open to paralegals, or candidates from risk, investigative, or analytical backgrounds looking to move into legal.
Key Responsibilities
Provide litigation and disputes support to the legal team, including preparing reports, chronologies, and conducting fact-finding investigations.
Help draft and deploy global dispute policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain global litigation reports and registers in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring entries are accurate, consistent, and aligned with source documents.
Use AI tools to accelerate document review, trend analysis, and data entry, and to develop systems that improve department productivity.
Support insurance workflows, including proposal preparation, document preparation (certificates, invoices), and premium collection, liaising with internal and external parties.
Provide administrative support to the Singapore legal office, including managing the Chief Legal Counsel's schedule.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a paralegal, legal operations, forensic, investigative, or analytical role. Exposure to the built environment industry is advantageous but not essential.
Law graduates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) will also be considered.
Working understanding of contracts and basic litigation documents — comfortable reading, organising, and identifying trends or inconsistencies across multiple documents.
Comfortable using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and keen to develop these skills further
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent command of English
