HR Business Process Management Support (IT | SAP HCM ERP)

Employment type: 1 year contract (Yearly renewal)

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (0830hrs to 1800hrs)
Performance Bonus: 1 month, depending on the Performance Measurement that is rated by client

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate Change Requests (CRs) from requirements gathering through implementation, working with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely progress.
• Review business and system requirements, impacted objects, workflows, interfaces and proposed vendor solutions to ensure they are appropriate, scalable and aligned with governance standards.
• Support test planning and execution, including UAT, integration, regression and COE testing, and facilitate HR system training for users.
• Coordinate the CR approval process, including obtaining necessary endorsements, responding to queries and preparing approval documentation where required.
• Monitor and follow up on Service Requests and System Incidents handled by the e-HR maintenance vendor, ensuring timely and complete resolution.
• Support risk, issue and change management, including tracking, mitigation and escalation to the Project Manager and Operations Manager.
• Work with HR systems maintenance teams and relevant stakeholders on system enhancements, fixes and operational activities.
• Perform data verification, profiling, extraction and rectification activities where required.
• Provide analysis and consultation on operational issues, data issues, audit requests and system migration activities, including preparation of reports and briefing materials.
• Support payroll and allowances processes, including payroll interface processing, service scheme payments, contract gratuity, pension-related payments, retention bonuses and payment adjustments.

Required Competencies

1. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP.

6. Proficiency in Office productivities suites such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
7. Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) tool is advantageous.
8. Good understanding of data design in SAP HCM or HCM SaaS is preferred.
9. Possess strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.
10. Good understanding of business process management is advantageous.

Qualifications

a. At least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent.

Required Working Experience

1. At least 3 years of working experience in IT; of which at least 1 year of working experience in SAP ERP or HCM SaaS.
2. Experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.
