Authorization and Workflow Executive (SAP HCM |Excel | HR | Singaporean ONLY)

Required Competencies

a. Have good knowledge and skillset in the following:

1. A good understanding of the data design in SAP HCM is preferred.
2. Knowledge of SAP user provisioning and indirect assignment of roles.
3. Knowledge of security audit logs.
4. Knowledge of SQL programming and Office productivity suites such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

b. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations and producing high-quality deliverables and support with minimum supervision.

c. Good planning, communication and coordination skills.

d. Good team player, responsible and conscientious, responsive, pro-active.

Required Working Experience

a. At least 2 years of working experience in information technology.

b. Experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.

c. Experience in HR projects is preferred.

Education Qualification

• At least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering or Equivalent

Location: Depot Road

Employment Type: Contract – 1 Year (Yearly Renewable)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Performance Bonus: 1 month
