AI & Marketing Executive

Twin City Endodontics, a specialist dental group in Orchard Road, runs its marketing and daily clinic tools with AI. We are looking for an AI & Marketing Executive to run our marketing end to end using AI and to vibe-code the tools around it. You will learn from our AI partner who built the first tools, then make them your own. Fresh graduates welcome: we care about what you have made, not how long your CV is.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS and Google
• Create social media content, graphics and short videos using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image and video generators)
• Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns within the approved budget
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on enquiries, bookings and cost per booked patient
• Support lead generation and patient acquisition; maintain the leads register
• Manage our social media accounts and respond to enquiries, passing them to the clinic team
• Vibe-code and maintain the AI tools behind our marketing and clinics (AI enquiry agent, WhatsApp reminders, daily reports and dashboards) with guidance from our AI partner
• Work with our IT suppliers on tools and applications
• Keep up with the latest AI and digital marketing trends

Please note: healthcare advertising in Singapore is regulated. Training on the guidelines will be provided, and all marketing materials require management approval before publishing.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, information systems, computing, design or a related field; fresh graduates welcome
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create content or build simple apps, bots or dashboards; include one example of something you have made with your application
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; able to read and explain ad results
• Interest in vibe coding (for example Lovable, Replit, Cursor, Claude Code or n8n); you do not need to know all of them
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Fast learner and well organised; takes ownership of results and reports them accurately
