Customer Success Associate (Remote Work)

• 5-day work week (Both Weekends Required)
• Thursday to Monday, 8.00AM to 5.00PM

Job Responsibilities

Order placement and external customer handling:

• Keying in and checking customer orders from email, text, customer procurement systems, AI Bot placement system and internal ERP system
• Attend to external customer queries, manage customer expectations and communicate feedback to internal departments via designated communication platforms
• Assist in checking and enforcing the minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Billing and Reconciliation:

• Checking, printing and sending Invoices and coordinating billing with customers
• Assist with the reconciliation of inventory via the warehouse management system daily and for the month-end closing

Fulfilment Coordination:

• Serve internal customers by coordinating and directing work orders and customer queries to respective departments
• Crisis coordination and management (Out-of-stock situations, missed/wrong orders and deliveries, system errors, etc)
• Perform dock booking for deliveries to specified locations
• Invoice, report and labelling printing and updating of internal order tally sheets to assist operations

Supply Chain Management:

• Procurement order placement and checks
• Shipment coordination - shipment deliveries, goods status tracking, permit application, receiving, inventory updates and billing
• Processing orders and warehousing orders, placement, and billing
• Exports coordination

Issues Tracking and Error Prevention:

• Support internal continuous improvement by filing errors and issues raised by internal and external customers
• Participate in error spotting and prevention initiatives
• Provide feedback/suggestions to improve work processes

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer success role, dealing with order processing, customer service, operations coordination, or administrative roles, is advantageous
• Able to work on weekends, both Saturday and Sunday
• Able to work on flexible shift schedules aligned with Singapore's public holiday calendar
• Fluent in English and Chinese (this is a plus) to support customer communication
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle transactional and administrative work accurately
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Calm, patient and methodical when dealing with operational issues or stressful situations
• Strong follow-through and accountability in handling transactions and customer requests
• Fast learner with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets and digital order management systems
