Project Coordinator

· Receive and review work orders from clients and coordinate project requirements.

· Submit the necessary documents to relevant authorities and liaise with authorities to obtain the required clearances and approvals before commencement of work.

· Planning of project, arrangement of manpower and machineries to ensure smooth and timely performance of project.

· Ensure work performed is in accordance with QEHS requirement.

· Prepare project claims and supporting documents, and ensure claims are submitted and certified by the client in a timely manner.

· Maintain proper project records, documentation, and reports

· Perform other project coordination duties as assigned.
