Market Research Project Executive (6 or 12 months full-time contract)

JOB SCOPE

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate may be a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in market research. The role entails two key fundamental areas:

Fieldwork Operations

• Support in managing the fieldwork team that comprises of field supervisors and interviewers/ surveyors to ensure smooth operations on the ground.
• Recruit, brief and train new surveyor/interviewer hires to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the project requirements and execute their tasks smoothly.
• Assist in fieldwork planning by assigning surveyors to various projects or schedules.
• Build strong rapport with the supervisors and interviewers.
• Monitor fieldwork progress/quotas closely.
• Conduct quality control checks on fieldwork as well as data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Able to run fieldwork based on a diverse array of survey methodologies and sampling methods.
• Escalate and address fieldwork issues in a timely manner.
  

Project Management

• Ensure project plans and schedules, including timelines and milestones, are adhered to.
• Support in establishing fieldwork plan,schedule, documentation, standard operating procedure (SOPs) and trainingmaterials.
• Ensure compliance with processes anddocumentations (e.g. consent forms, acknowledgement forms, call logs/updates)for the projects.
• Provide regular updates on the progress ofprojects to leadership and broader team.
• Manage project within budgeted cost and time and the resources required (e.g. tablets and incentives) are ready for deployment.
• Support the process of data cleaning and processing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of research projects.

Job requirements and expectations

• Minimum qualification of diploma. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates (polytechnics or university) are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and being highly organised are important.
• Able to perform and remain poise even inchallenging situations.
• Possesses great soft skills and personality -approachable, candid, go-getting and collaborative.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and fieldworkers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
