Call Center Officer (Shift Work) Contract, Sembawang #SJN

Client: Gas and Electricity Energy Provider in Singapore

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in the mobilization of standby personal at all levels on emergency calls.
• Liaise with Service Crews on work pertaining to interruption of gas supply, gas leak, gas supply incidents.
• Co-ordinate the dispatching of mobile contractors for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) servicing requests.
• Co-ordinate the dispatching of Service Crews for Residential / Commercial after sales requests.
• To support and enhance operations such as responding to Electric vehicle users’ inquiries via calls / emails.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Work Location: Senoko Avenue (Company bus provided for morning shifts)

Counter Allowance: $150/month

Shift Allowance: $60/month Evening Shift Allowance: $20 per shift (average of 9 shifts per month)

1. Contract: 1-year contract with a yearly completion bonus (based on performance)
2. Working Days: 6 days per week (7 hours per day, based on roster)

5. Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
