ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator for major building projects in Singapore.

The role will coordinate architectural works, technical submissions and site execution, ensuring smooth integration with C&S and M&E works.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate architectural works, drawings and technical submissions.
• Review drawings, material specifications and architectural requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with C&S and M&E works.
• Resolve design, technical and site coordination issues.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural coordination for building projects.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, finishes and construction coordination.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
