ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering major LTA and Civil Infrastructure projects in Singapore and are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The role will support cost, contract and commercial management across major infrastructure works from procurement through project completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage project costs, budgets and commercial documentation.
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations and subcontract packages.
• Handle progress claims, variations and subcontractor payments.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts and contractual requirements.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Support final accounts and project commercial close-out.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
• Relevant QS experience in LTA / Civil Infrastructure projects.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of contracts, cost control, variations and claims.
• Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills.
