ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor on major LTA and MRT projects across Singapore. We are looking for an experienced Architectural Coordinator to manage architectural works and ensure effective coordination from design through to construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate architectural works, drawings and technical submissions.
• Review drawings, materials and architectural requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with C&S and M&E works.
• Resolve design, technical and site coordination issues.
• Monitor works for compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in LTA / MRT or major infrastructure projects.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of architectural works, drawings and site coordination.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
