ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor seeking an experienced C&S Design Manager to manage Civil & Structural design coordination across major building projects in Singapore.

The role will lead design development, technical coordination and constructability while working closely with consultants, authorities and project teams to support successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate C&S design development for building projects.
• Review structural designs, drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, authorities and construction teams.
• Manage design interfaces and resolve technical or constructability issues.
• Monitor design schedules, submissions and approvals against project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with specifications, codes and project requirements.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong experience in C&S design and building construction projects.
• Design management experience with a Main Contractor is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of structural design, construction methods and design coordination.
• Strong technical, coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
