ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading Japanese A1 Main Contractor delivering major building projects across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale Healthcare, Commercial and Mixed-Use developments, working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Project Manager in the overall planning and delivery of building projects.
• Coordinate construction activities, programme, resources and key project milestones.
• Manage coordination between consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve construction and technical issues.
• Ensure works meet contractual, quality, safety and project requirements.
• Support project meetings, reporting and stakeholder coordination.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong experience in large-scale building construction projects.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of construction planning, project coordination and site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
