High Performance Executive

• Administrative Roles to the Singapore Hockey National Team Coaches.

• Administrative tasks for Insurance related matters for the National Hockey Players.

• Coordinating the development of appropriate HP policies and programs, including selection, doping, disciplinary policies, etc, to produce and maintain the documentation of these policies.

• For the acquisition of Sports Singapore funding via drafting and submission of applications and associated reports.

• For timely submission of reports relating to the HP programs to the SportSG (such as spexTEAM reports) progress of SMSS activities, competition reports and results etc, as and when required.

• Coordinate Travel Plans with Eserve and manage Associate Travel Budgets

• Effectively Supports the Team Managers and Coaches through coordination of High-Performance Committees and Coaches Meetings

Job Requirement
• Strong Administrative Skills

• Meticulous

• Organized & Detailed

• Able to work under tight timelines

• Experience in the arrangement of travel plans

• Experience in working with National Sporting Agencies (preferred)

• Candidates with 2 years and more working experience will be considered if educational qualifications are not applicable

• Singapore Citizen

• 5-Day Work Week (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• AWS (13th Month)

• Role requires occasional weekend or out-of-office work depending on event and operational needs
