Project Engineer - Maritime Consultancy

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer for a marine consultancy firm to develop a long-term career in the maritime industry.

*A higher salary range can be considered for candidates with stronger and more relevant industry experience, particularly those with hands-on marine, vessel, commissioning and technical project experience.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Marine, maritime, offshore, shipyard, or engineering experience is an advantage.
• Teachable and willing to learn new technical skills.
• Willing to travel frequently overseas for project assignments.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in marine engineering and consultancy projects.
• Support project planning, coordination, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, shipyards, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Travel overseas for vessel/site visits and project assignments.
