Senior Manager – Luxury Leisure Sales

The Opportunity

Seeking a results-driven hospitality sales professional to grow luxury leisure and travel trade business through strategic partnerships, account development and revenue generation. The role works closely with Sales and hotel teams to expand market reach and drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with travel advisors, consortia, DMCs, tour operators and wholesalers.
• Identify new business opportunities across local and international markets.
• Negotiate partnerships, contracts and promotional initiatives.
• Drive account performance, room nights and revenue growth.
• Lead client presentations, training, FAM trips and industry events.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows and sales missions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines and regular performance reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of hospitality sales experience, preferably in luxury or leisure travel.
• Strong track record in business development, account management and revenue growth.
• Travel trade, DMC, wholesaler, tour operator or luxury network experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven, organized and results oriented.
