About the Job

• Conceptualize digital user journeys in partnership with business, technology, markets, and product teams.

• Collect and define functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements, designing and prioritizing features alongside technology teams.

• Translate internal and external customer needs into a cohesive product strategy, driving stakeholder alignment and managing the backlog based on quarterly business reviews.

• Manage the full product lifecycle for client-facing mobile applications, taking ownership of business requirements and regional implementation.

• Coordinate with Agile Release Trains to deliver core capabilities, balancing trade-offs and resolving cross-team dependencies.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, regularly communicating product strategy through clear presentations and maintaining active user feedback loops.

• Partner with change management teams to produce client and front-office engagement materials, while organizing and driving training initiatives.

• Enforce structured project management standards, including clear role definitions and ongoing backlog refinement.

• Analyze online user behavior and usability testing data to continually refine and enhance digital customer journeys.

• Establish product adoption frameworks and feedback mechanisms to ensure solution offerings continuously align with user needs.
