about the job

• Drive the overarching sales strategy and meet portfolio growth objectives for assigned Key Accounts across Singapore
• Safeguard existing sales revenue, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure continuous customer satisfaction
• Deploy a strong consultative selling approach to identify supply chain challenges, developing value-creating integrated solutions with a distinct focus on air and land freight optimization
• Lead business development and new account acquisition by targeting opportunities, presenting customized propositions, and showcasing innovative logistics practices to prospects
• Expand the share of wallet and increase cross-selling opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio and their respective subsidiaries
• Track and manage key indicators including volume, revenue, gross profit, and yield, utilizing the internal CRM for all RFQs and meetings

skills & experience required

• Master / Degree in Engineering / Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the sales field
• In-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management, requiring specialized, hands-on experience in both air freight and land freight operations
