Sales & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

· Oversee daily operations of the property, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and front office functions

· Ensure smooth and efficient operations with high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction

· Conduct regular inspections of apartments, public areas, and facilities

· Manage arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless guest experience

· Monitor budgets, operating costs, and inventory to maintain efficiency

· Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and timely support

· Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

· Prepare operational reports including occupancy, maintenance, and service performance

Sales & Business Development

· Drive revenue growth through active sales efforts including cold calling, client visits, and corporate outreach

· Identify, develop, and manage corporate accounts to increase occupancy and long-stay bookings

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and agencies

· Respond to booking inquiries, negotiate rates, prepare contracts, and secure confirmations

· Work closely with OTAs and distribution channels to optimise visibility and revenue

· Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

· Proven experience in both operations and sales within hospitality, preferably serviced apartments

· Strong track record in corporate sales, business development, or account management

· Knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs) and inventory management systems

· Good understanding of property operations and guest service standards

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and manage both operational and sales priorities

· Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
