About the role
We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Executive to own the day-to-day running of our online order fulfilment, working hands-on alongside our warehouse operations team. This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership without being managed closely, and keep our e-commerce operations moving smoothly from order to doorstep.

What you'll do

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end fulfilment of e-commerce orders, from order processing through picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Work directly within a warehouse environment, hands-on with the warehouse operations team on picking, packing and order preparation, especially during peak periods and campaigns.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy for online stock, manage stock allocation between channels, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle order issues, returns, exchanges and customer/logistics escalations independently and see them through to resolution.
  • Liaise with 3PL and courier partners on shipments, delays and delivery performance.
  • Identify and drive improvements to fulfilment workflows to lift speed, accuracy and efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment or warehouse/logistics operations is required
  • Familiarity with picking and packing processes and a genuine willingness to work hands-on in a warehouse environment.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management — stock tracking, stock counts, allocation across channels, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision — self-directed, reliable, and takes ownership of outcomes.
  • Ability to manage — coordinate tasks, guide warehouse operations staff on fulfilment priorities, and keep the team on track.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (and Excel) — able to build and work with spreadsheets for tracking, reporting and reconciliation.
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge — comfortable with invoices and reconciliations.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and effective under high-volume, time-pressured conditions.
  • Comfortable with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Available to start immediately (or on very short notice).
  • Comfortable commuting to / based in the West of Singapore.
