Part-Time Admin cum Sales Coordinator (3-Month Contract)

We are looking for an organised and proactive Admin cum Sales Coordinator to support our operations on a part-time, 3-month contract basis (Tue/Wed/Thu, 8.30am–6pm). This role combines administrative support with sales coordination across retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and coordination support
• Coordinate sales orders, invoicing, and delivery schedules with internal teams and external partners
• Liaise with retail and wholesale customers on order follow-ups, stock replenishment, reconciliation, and on-site stock checks
• Maintain and update sales trackers, inventory records, and order processing
• Support procurement and vendor coordination for office and operational needs
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking
• Coordinate logistics and courier arrangements for incoming shipments and deliveries
• Provide ad hoc support for retail and eCommerce operations
• Assist with other administrative or sales support duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin or sales coordination; retail/wholesale distribution experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Meticulous, organised, resourceful, able to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
• Good communication skills; comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Immediate availability preferred
