Sales Team Leade

INNOADZ PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based marketing service provider specializing in offline customer acquisition and event-based brand promotion. We provide end-to-end support including event planning, venue coordination, sales staffing, and logistics management for finance, retail, and lifestyle brands.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Field Sales Supervisor / Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our roadshow sales teams across Singapore.

The role focuses on on-site team management, sales performance, staff coaching, and ensuring that daily sales targets and operational standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sales teams at roadshows and events

• Monitor attendance, punctuality, sales activities, and overall team performance

• Communicate daily sales targets and follow up with team members to ensure targets are achieved

• Ensure sales staff actively engage customers and follow the required sales procedures

• Coach and train new and existing sales staff

• Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets

• Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support at different event locations

• Manage manpower arrangements and handle attendance or operational issues

• Provide daily sales and team performance updates to management

• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales staff when required

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, roadshows, events, or team supervision

• Experience leading promoters or sales teams is an advantage

• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills

• Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales-focused environment

• Hands-on and comfortable working on-site with sales teams

• Responsible, proactive, and able to manage team operations independently

• Able to travel to different event locations across Singapore

• Able to work on weekends when required

Compensation

• Basic salary: S$2,800–S$3,200 per month

• Team performance incentives based on target achievement

• Additional incentives for exceeding team targets
