Part-Time Functional Screening Staff (One-North, Wed-Fri, $12/hr) #HJY

Location: One-North (If there is event, will be deployed to the event site)
Duration: 6 Months Part-Time
Salary: $12/hr

Working days and hours:
- Up to 5 working days per week.
- Default workdays are Wednesday to Friday, either in the office, at site recce, or at event venues.
- Deployment on weekends when events are scheduled.
- Workdays may be adjusted based on event schedules and operational requirements.
- 8.30am-6pm

Job Description:
- Conduct FS L1 site recce to assess suitability of the venue for FS event
- Follow up with stakeholders on site recce
- Deployment to FS events as Event POC to oversee execution of entire event and vendors’ performance
- Deployment to FS events to encourage/educate seniors to attend L2 follow up appointment and schedule appointment onsite
- Support Health Talk and Outreach Events
- Support pre-event planning and logistics
- Ensure smooth operations during events

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in event operations, customer service, administration or community outreach would be an advantage
- Comfortable interacting with seniors and members of the public
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel to various event sites and community locations.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on event requirements.
- Able to commit up to 5 working days per week, with work schedules adjusted according to operational and event needs.
