Job description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the service team at our prestigious Michelin-star chef restaurant.

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide exceptional dining service according to Michelin-star standards.
• Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining presentation standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset promptly.
• Handle guest enquiries and courteously resolve minor issues.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of working experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or Michelin-starred restaurants is preferred.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
