Location: East
Working Hours: 42 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Process and sort various mail items, registered articles, trackable packets, and parcels.
- Handle hand-delivered items, including scanning, preparing delivery advice, sorting, and handover.
- Process returned mail and postage due items.
- Assist with mail redirection and mail retention services.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in the internal system.
- Check and ensure proper transfer of data between systems.
- Verify that undelivered items are correctly returned by postmen.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports/statistics.
- Manage and maintain stock items.
- Attend to enquiries relating to mail delivery issues.
- Assist with the movement and sorting of items, including packages weighing approximately 10–15kg.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
