Software Lead (Full Stack)

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on software development experience and at least 3 years of experience leading software teams, technical workstreams, modules, or projects.
• Candidates with strong expertise and proven achievements in Software Architecture, Systems Design, or related technical domains may be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering software projects within Agile/Scrum environments, including planning, coordination, technical oversight, and successful delivery execution.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and frameworks, including TypeScript (Angular, React, Next.js), C#, Java, or other relevant technologies aligned to project requirements.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), object-oriented design principles, RESTful API development, microservices architecture, software maintenance, secure coding standards, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, code quality and review practices, version control systems such as Git/GitHub, and Agile collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Exposure to cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevSecOps practices is highly advantageous.

Quality & Delivery Excellence

• Ability to define, implement, and maintain effective testing strategies across unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and reliability testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Experience applying industry best practices in software engineering, quality assurance, technical evaluation, benchmarking, and delivery methodologies, adapting approaches to meet project objectives and business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess complex technical challenges, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical, scalable solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide engineering teams and collaborate effectively across cross-functional groups.
• Proven ability to foster teamwork, drive technical excellence, and support engineers in achieving project and professional goals.
• Adaptable, accountable, and capable of thriving in mission-critical environments where quality, security, reliability, maintainability, and business impact are key priorities.
