RP Alumni Relationship Management Platform

Job Purpose
Manage and support the alumni relationship management platform to strengthen engagement, communication, and data-driven outreach for alumni and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the alumni/CRM platform
• Maintain accurate alumni data and ensure database quality and integrity
• Support segmentation of users for targeted communications and campaigns
• Coordinate engagement activities such as events, newsletters, and outreach programs
• Work with internal teams to improve user experience and platform functionality
• Generate basic reports and insights on engagement and platform usage
• Handle user queries and provide platform support to alumni and staff
• Assist in onboarding new users into the system
• Ensure compliance with data protection and governance policies (PDPA)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
• Experience with CRM systems or data management tools preferred
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with data (Excel, basic reporting tools)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Some experience in events or community engagement is a plus
