Wellness & Slimming Training Manager (TCM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wellness & Slimming Centre Training Manager to lead operations, drive sales performance, build a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service across TCM wellness and slimming services to achieve strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day beauty salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision to ensure smooth functioning
• Monitor and improve outlet procedures and protocols to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance client satisfaction
• Lead, train, and develop the beauty therapy team to improve their skills and boost team performance
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with management to attract new clients and increase salon revenue
• Identify operational challenges with management, develop and implement effective solutions to drive continuous improvement
• Training a team of therapists to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Provide professional consultation and conduct slimming analysis to recommend appropriate treatments for customers

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a similar trade
• Strong interest in the beauty grooming industry, including hair care, beauty, and slimming
