Admin Executive (Manufacturing/West)

Job Responsibilities

• Support production administration by updating inventory, receiving, production records, work orders, batch orders, production hours, and work order statuses in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with planners, production teams, and external customers on order processing, production requirements, packaging, loading, and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customer order records.
• Arrange courier shipments and handle administrative communication through emails and phone calls.
• Perform accurate data entry, filing, and general administrative duties while ensuring proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

• Min secondary education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative or related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to work independently.
