HR Admin Officer (Process & Automation) - 6 months contract

What you'll be doing

• Support the enhancement of Power Automate workflows for specialist hiring and onboarding processes

• Assist with HR process reviews and identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined or automated

• Consolidate, clean and maintain HR data from existing systems in structured Excel master files

• Develop practical Excel/VBA tools to reduce manual work and improve day-to-day efficiency

• Support the setup and improvement of process flows for specialist recruitment and onboarding

• Perform data checks and validation to ensure HR information is accurate and properly maintained

• Work with HR team members to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical tools

• Assist with testing and refining automated workflows and process improvements

• Maintain proper documentation and trackers for HR processes and automation initiatives

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA or Power Automate is an advantage

• Meticulous with good attention to detail and comfortable working with data

• Practical problem-solver who enjoys finding simpler ways of doing things

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
