HR Senior Executive – Recruitment, Performance & HR Operations (1-Year Contract)

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview arrangements, offers and pre-employment requirements

• Partner hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely recruitment activities

• Support performance management and promotion exercises, including timelines, submissions, reporting and HRIS updates

• Prepare HR data, trackers and reports for performance reviews and management discussions

• Handle staff enquiries relating to HR policies, benefits, claims and wellness programmes

• Support the administration and review of employee benefits and wellness initiatives

• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and HRIS data in line with organisational requirements

• Support day-to-day HR operations, employee services and process administration

• Coordinate HR projects, initiatives, meetings and implementation activities across departments

• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience

• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or related studies

• 2 - 4 years of HR working experience, preferably covering recruitment and HR operations

• Hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management and employee services

• Familiar with HRIS, Microsoft Office and HR reporting/ trackers

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with good attention to detail

• Confident in communicating with employees, hiring managers and stakeholders

• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment

• Healthcare or public-sector HR experience will be advantageous
