Job Summary

You will prepare and manage detailed construction drawings for underground services, collaborating with engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards, supporting successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, including underground services route maps, to support project planning and site execution
• Develop and update 2D AutoCAD drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to verify drawings meet design requirements
• Maintain and manage drawing records, revisions, and prepare submission packages for internal and external reviews
• Ensure all drawings comply with Singapore regulatory requirements and construction standards
• Manage multiple drawing tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project workflows

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in the Construction/Engineering sector
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
• Knowledge of local construction codes, standards, and drafting practices

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Good knowledge of ARC GIS software
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
