Warehouse Operations Assistant (Shipping & Permit Declaration)

• Position : Warehouse Operations Assistant (Shipping & Permit Declaration)
• Location: Alps-Changi
• Working Hours: 12-hour day shift, 8.30am to 8.30pm. Shift Pattern: Work 4 days, rest 3 days / work 3 days, rest 4 days
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 basic with AWS + Variable bonus + Medical benefits + Dental
• Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities

• Process outbound orders and coordinate daily shipment arrangements.
• Book shipments through email and online booking platforms.
• Prepare shipping documents, operational reports and permit declarations.
• Monitor operational emails and respond promptly to customer requests.
• Support inbound, inventory and warehouse activities when required.
• Perform daily manpower and resource planning.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing records.
• Support Kaizen, Lean and other operational improvement projects.
• Handle additional operational duties according to business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Experience handling outbound orders and shipment bookings.
• Able to operate reach trucks, order pickers or other relevant MHE.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating roster.
• TradeNet permit declaration experience is an advantage.
• SAP or B2B system exposure is an advantage.
• Relevant forklift and Work at Height certification is advantageous. Training may be provided if required.
