Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Medical Aesthetic Specialist to drive revenue growth and clinical adoption across target medical practices, aesthetic clinics, and surgical centers within an assigned territory. In this role, you will act as a trusted clinical advisor to physicians, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons—delivering high-impact product demonstrations, leading clinical evaluations, and closing capital device or injectable sales. Beyond initial acquisition, you will work directly with clinic owners to optimize treatment protocols, train practice staff, and ensure long-term clinical success and reorder volume.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Account Sales: Prospect, negotiate, and close capital equipment and injectable deals with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and clinic owners to hit quarterly revenue targets.

• Lead Clinical Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on, in-clinic product trials and present scientific data, treatment safety, and anatomical mechanics to physicians.

• Train & Onboard Practice Staff: Educate doctors, nurses, and clinical staff on device operation, treatment protocols, and safety standards to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.

• Grow Account Utilization: Partner with clinic owners to optimize treatment menus, drive patient volume, and establish steady reorders for single-use consumables and injectable stock.

• Provide Consultative Practice Support: Act as a strategic partner to help clinics maximize ROI on their equipment through pricing strategies and team workflow optimization.

• Monitor Competitors: Represent the brand at medical congresses, track market trends.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Medical field
• Proven track record of sales achievement

• Positive working attitude, self-starter, and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Strong planning, organization, and teamwork skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and internet research
