JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing IT projects, vendors and technical support, as well as maintaining business applications, servers, networks, cloud systems and end-user devices. The role also includes performing system backups, monitoring system performance and cybersecurity alerts, and conducting cybersecurity awareness training for employees. Hotel Experience required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Manage and support business applications, servers, networks, cloud systems and end-user

devices.

2. Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot system, hardware, internet, POS and door lock issues.

3. Administer user accounts, passwords, access rights and government portals.

4. Manage IT vendors, service agreements, maintenance contracts and equipment purchases.

5. Maintain IT assets, inventory records and proper disposal of equipment.

6. Perform system backups, restoration checks and routine server and network maintenance.

7. Monitor cybersecurity alerts, antivirus, firewall and anti-spam systems.

8. Conduct cybersecurity awareness and system-user training.

9. Support audits, review IT policies and ensure compliance with security requirements.

10.Provide IT support to related companies and carry out other assigned duties.
