1009 Operation Support Officer/Tanah Merah

1)Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays

Rotating shifts

6am to 3pm

10am to 7pm

2)Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1.Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.

2.Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:

a.Logistics-related work

cleaning duties

administrative roles

d.School-related experience

3.Ability to work on rotating shifts & Saturdays, if necessary

Job Scopes：

The services are set out as follows, duties include:

1.Maintain general cleanliness of school compound including cleaning of CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms. This will include sweeping, mopping & clearing of rubbish etc

2.Arranging/re-arranging furniture for meetings/exams/functions as and when required

3.Moving heavy objects from point to point

4.Locking/unlocking classrooms

5.Operate and maintain basic office equipment & materials if required

6.Any other task assigned by the Reporting Officer
